I made a 1star review earlier when I received an email prompt to submit a review. My friend saw my frustration at the product she advised I was not putting enough pressure when snapping the hook into the fence. It has worked with her guidance and I would like to correct my earlier 1 star comments. I am pleased with product and that I didn’t waste my money. However if your customer service did respond to my initial query my installation issue and customer frustration could have avoided. Product did work. Customer service response has room for improvement. I wanted to set the record straight. Thank you. :)
